It also exposed them to the operational challenges faced by research sites and sponsors: delays in site activation, limited availability of trained professionals, inconsistent site support, regulatory complexities and communication gaps that often affected study timelines and quality.

Rather than accepting these challenges as part of the industry, Ravindra and Beauty saw an opportunity to create meaningful change. In 2018 they established Clins Research as an independent proprietorship, starting with a small but dedicated team focused on supporting hospitals and investigators with professional SMO services built on integrity, quality, transparency and operational excellence.

Through continuous learning and strong relationships with healthcare institutions and research professionals, Clins Research steadily expanded its network, capabilities and reputation, supporting clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas. As the organization grew, it was re-registered as Clins Research Private Limited, reflecting its commitment to delivering comprehensive clinical research solutions on a larger scale.

Today, under the leadership of Mr. Ravindra Singh and Ms. Beauty Saraswat, Clins Research is a trusted Site Management Organization supporting sponsors, CROs, hospitals and investigators across the entire clinical trial lifecycle.
